“Let me start off by saying if you aren’t getting your nails done at La Crème what are you doing?! Today was my first time there and they have made themselves a lifetime client!! The environment is cozy but stylish. It feels very luxurious. The owner (Manny) and Ava went above and beyond to make my experience worth wild! Ava did my nails the best I have had in years. I love the personal interaction we had. Manny went as far as bending my straw so I could drink while getting my nails done. “I usually do not do this at all but I am beyond annoyed. Do not recommend ! Went in for an acrylic overlay pedicure. I was there for 1hr and 20 minutes. No pedicure no polish, wrong color acrylic and doesn’t look like I got anything done at all! It was the most painful foot service I have ever received. Maybe pay less attention to the show playing at Vol 100 and more attention to better equipment and customer service. Yes I did pay and left over 20% tip. Do better.”
